On June 11th, the LIFE TRANSFER project successfully hosted an exciting training event on seagrass transplantation at the Club de Regatas Mar Menor in Los Urrutias, Spain.
The day combined theory and hands-on practice, starting with an introduction to the project and its restoration techniques, followed by a live underwater demonstration in the Mar Menor.
Participants also visited previous transplant sites to see the results in action.
The event ended with a shared lunch, rounding off a day full of learning, collaboration, and real progress for marine habitat restoration.
