On September 25-26, 2025, the LIFE TRANSFER project held its Final Meeting at Po Delta Veneto Park in Rosolina Mare, Italy. Partners from Italy, Greece, and Spain came together to share five years of achievements in seagrass restoration, from transplantation techniques to ecosystem monitoring and socio-economic impacts.
The meeting included a field visit to the restored seagrass meadows in Caleri lagoon, showcasing the project’s tangible results. LIFE TRANSFER continues to build a lasting legacy: restored habitats, innovative practices, and strengthened Mediterranean cooperation to protect coastal ecosystems.
